We’re the Lohan family — five Australians who spent the last eight years in Seattle and are now making our way back home the long way around. Instead of a direct flight, we’ve decided to turn the journey into an adventure: an RV road trip across the American Southwest, followed by a winding path through Mexico, Costa Rica, and beyond. If all goes well, we’ll arrive in Australia by December — with a few more stories, photos, and probably extra luggage (by way of Sandra’s souvenir addiction).
This blog is our way of sharing the adventure with family, friends, and anyone else who loves travel, family stories, and a little humour sprinkled in.
